  • 4 med. tomatoes, halved
  • 2 Tbs. margarine, melted
  • 2 tsp. fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Preheat broiler. With a knife, make deep scores into the cut surface of each tomato. Combine margarine, parsley, salt, thyme and pepper. Spoon over scored surface of tomatoes. Broil tomato 3-4 minutes. Wrap in foil and pack for lunch.
