  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 loaf crusty bread, halved
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Combine garlic, butter, and oil in a microwave safe dish. Heat garlic and butter and oil in microwave for 1 minute.
Broil split bread in oven until golden brown (or to your liking).Distribute oil garlic and butter evenly over pieces of bread. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
Return to broiler and toast for 30 seconds.
Cut into slices and serve.
