Broiled Tilapia with Dijon Mustard

This recipe is very simple and quick to prepare. The tilapia is a very light white fish and the mustard really makes it tastier.

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. onion powder
  • 2 Tbs. dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbs. light olive oil spray

Dry fish fillets and place on plate. Place spices on fish, then spread dijon mustard on both sides. Spray with butter or oil. Place on broiler pan and broil until fish flakes easily with fork. Do not overcook!
