Broiled Tilapia with Dijon Mustard
Ingredients
- 4 tilapia fillets
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
- 2 Tbs. dijon mustard
- 1 Tbs. light olive oil spray
Directions
Dry fish fillets and place on plate. Place spices on fish, then spread dijon mustard on both sides. Spray with butter or oil. Place on broiler pan and broil until fish flakes easily with fork. Do not overcook!
