Brown Seed Rolls

- 5 oz. Wholemeal Flour
- 2 oz. Fine Oatmeal
- 2 oz. Sesame Seeds
- 2 tbs. Barley Malt Extract
- 2 tbs. Peanut Nut Oil
- 1 tsp. Bicarbonate of Soda (Baking Soda).
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 3/4 cup Stout Bear
- 1/2 cup Butter milk
Start by mixing the dry ingredients together in a large bowl and sift.
Now mix together stout and buttermilk in a separate bowl and pour into the first bowl.
Mix in two tbs. of oil and barley malt.
Start making balls with your hands and sit on a tray.
Sprinkle oats and sesame seeds on top.
Bake for about on 425 degrees for 12 minutes.
