  • 2-3 large sweet potatoes,
  • ½ stick butter
  • ½ C. brown sugar
  • ½ C. dried cranberries
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. nutmeg
  • Dash salt

In a large saucepan, boil sweet potatoes in water for 45 minutes until tender. Drain and let cool. Peel, cube, and spread out in a baking dish. In a large skillet, combine butter, brown sugar, cranberries, cinnamon, and nutmeg over medium heat until butter is dissolved. Pour over sweet potatoes and bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
