  • 4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 C. cornstarch
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • ¼ C. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¾ C. brown sugar
  • 4 T. ketchup
  • ½ C. white vinegar
  • 2 T. soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Place chicken pieces into a gallon-sized freezer bag. In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Pour sauce into bag over chicken and seal. Shake bag to evenly coat and put into freezer until needed. Before baking, allow chicken to thaw completely in the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 45 minutes.
