  • 1 ½ sticks butter
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 lightly beaten eggs
  • 1 beaten egg white
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Place a large piece of tin foil at the bottom of your slow cooker and butter the foil. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the butter, cocoa powder, sugar, eggs, flour, and vanilla. Add ½ teaspoon of salt and whisk. Fold in the chocolate chips and pour the batter evenly into the slow cooker. Cover the pot and cook for 3 hours on low heat. Serve with whipped cream.
