A friend of mine gave me this recipe. This is a easy way to get that dinner on the table!

Ingredients

  • 1 14-oz. can Castleberry brand bbq cooked pork
  • 1 14-oz. can Castleberry brand bbq cooked chicken
  • 2 13-oz. cans all-white chicken meat
  • 2 15-oz. cans creamed corn
  • 2 15-oz. cans diced tomatoes
  • 2 lg. potatoes (optional

Directions

Use a 5-qt. stockpot to combine all ingredients. Cook for 1 hour on medium heat.
