  • 1 lb of brussel sprouts
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1 c. of bacon
  • 1 tsp of cumin
  • 1 tsp of oregano
  • 1 tsp of herbs
  • salt and pepper

Wash and trim sprouts. Cut in half. Combine brussel sprouts, carrots, bacon and season with cumin, oregano, herbs and salt and pepper to taste. Place the vegetables in slow cooker, cook on low for 4-5 hours. Stir well before serving.
