  • 1 onion, slices
  • 1lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoons pepper

Heat the oil in a large skillet, add the onions and Brussels sprouts. Cook for 4 minutes, or until the onions are tender and the Brussels sprouts are browned. Stir in the broth, thyme, salt, pepper and cover. Cook on medium for 10-15 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are tender.
