  • 1 C. sliced celery
  • 1 C. sliced carrots
  • 1 C. sliced bacon
  • 2 C. brussels sprouts
  • 4 ½ C. chiceken broth
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 T. crushed red pepper
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

Add the prepared vegetables, sliced bacon and bay leaf into a crockpot. Add in the remaining ingredients. Let crockpot on high and let it cook for 4 hours. Reduce to low and let it cook for 1 more hour. Serve and enjoy.
