  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into strips
  • 1 C. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 C. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 T. olive oil for frying
  • 1 1/2 lbs. cod fillets
  • Cajun marmalade ingredients:
  • 1 C. orange marmalade
  • 1 T. horseradish sauce
  • salt to taste
