Serving Size / Yield
- 1/2 oz. port
- 1/2 oz. Perfect Purée Raspberry puree, thawed
- 1/2 oz. Perfect Purée Pink Guava puree, thawed
- 1/2 oz. Perfect Purée Lychee puree, thawed
- 1/4 oz. lemon juice
- 2-3 oz. champagne
Add all ingredients except champagne into a mixing glass. Add ice, shake, and strain into a glass. Add champagne on top of cocktail to float.
