  • 12-14 whole chicken wings
  • 1 1/4 C. hot sauce, divided
  • 1 1/4 C. butter, divided
  • 1 C. beer

Cut the wings in half and put them in a crockpot. Melt 1 C. butter into 1 C. hot sauce. Stir until completely combined. Add in 1 C. beer and stir until combined. Pour the sauce over the wings, cover, and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.

Turn on the broiler. Melt 1/4 C. butter into 1/4 C. hot sauce. Stir to combine. Spread the wings out evenly on a broiler pan and generously coat with sauce. Place the wings in the broiler for 4 to 5 minutes, checking often so they don't burn.
