Some like it hot, it's true. This crockpot casserole is for all of the spicy food fans out there. Add in a more liberal serving of hot sauce if you want to kick it up a notch, scale it back if you'd rather not.

Ingredients

  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 5 tbs hot sauce
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 C. milk
  • 2 C. blue cheese crumbles
  • 2 Tbs. margarine or butter, melted

Directions

Spray the inside of crock pot with non-stick spray.  Place the chicken in the crock pot in one layer. Combine soup, milk and hot sauce and pour over the chicken and cheese.  Cook on low for 7 hours or 4-5 hours on high.
