Buffalo Chicken Dip

Buffalo  Chicken  Dip

Leftover chicken? Try this easy and delicious dish for a snack or appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 C. ranch dressing
  • 3/4 C. Frank's Hot Sauce
  • 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
  • Frito Scoops

Directions

Mix together chicken and hot sauce. Let set for 30 minutes. Meanwhile beat cream cheese and ranch dressing. Fold in shredded chicken. Spread mixture into pie plate sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes. Add cheddar to top and bake an additional 10-15 minutes. Serve hot with Frito Scoops.

  • I have a recipe similar thats quicker...use blue cheese dressing instead of ranch. you can use 2 cans of chicken, heat the chicken and hot suace in a pan on stove, add creamcheese and dressing, it melts down quick so no baking add shredded last minute serve warm!

  • Hey could you possibly substitute sour cream for the cream cheese? Well, I have sour cream but no cream cheese but I'm gonna try it and I'll let you all know how it turns out!!
