Buffalo Chicken Drumsticks

- 1 clove garlic
- 8 lg. chicken drumsticks (2 lbs.)
- 3 Tbs. hot pepper sauce
- 1 Tbs. vegetable oil
- 1/4 C. mayonnaise
- 3 Tbs. sour cream
- 1 1/2 Tbs. white wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1/3 C. crumbled Roquefort or blue cheese
- celery sticks
Mince garlic cloves with chef knife into uniform fine pieces. Place chicken in a large resealable plastic food storage bag. Combine hot pepper sauce, oil and garlic in a small bowl then pour over chicken. Seal bag tightly, turning to coat. Marinate in refrigerator at least 1 hour or (for hotter flavor) up to 24 hours, turning occasionally.
For blue cheese dressing, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar and sugar in another small bowl. Stir in cheese; cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Drain chicken and discard marinade. Bake chicken at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Serve with dressing and celery sticks.
