Buffalo Chicken Nugget Salad
- 2 Tbs. butter
- 3 Tbs. Tabasco sauce
- 16 breaded chicken nuggets
- 3/4 C. blue cheese salad dressing
- 2 C. celery, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces on the diagonal
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter and Tabasco sauce in a microwave safe bowl . Brush over nuggets that have been placed on baking sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes. In large serving bowl, combine salad dressing and celery. Add cooked nuggets tossing to coat.
