These spicy chicken tacos have just the right amount of heat and smokiness. A homemade buffalo sauce is infused onto the chicken, then paired with more peppers and crisp corn. Don't forget to serve with water!

  • 4-5 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1/2 C. hot sauce
  • 4 T. butter
  • 2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 C. pickled jalapeños
  • 1 paprika chopped
  • 1 can of corn, cooked
  • 10 tortillas

In a medium pan cook chicken until browned, then chop into bite-sized pieces. In a large sauce pan mix hot sauce, butter, cayenne pepper, and chicken until sauce is thick and well incorporated.

Place some buffalo chicken onto tortilla with peppers, and corn. Serve.
