  • 1 lbs. chicken tenderloins
  • 1/2 C. skim milk
  • 1/2 C. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 T. sweet bbq sauce
  • 1/4 C. olive oil
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 1 lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 C. cheese, shredded
  • Asian Zing Sauce:
  • 2 tsp. corn starch
  • 4 tsp. rice wine vinegar
  • ½ C. corn syrup
  • ⅓ C. brown sugar
  • ¼ C. chilli-garlic sauce
  • 1 T. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp. ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp. salt

Begin by heating the oil in a skillet over medium heat. To make the Asian zing sauce, you will have to mix all of the ingredients together until the mixture obtains a smooth consistency. Then, place the chicken in a plastic bag and glaze evenly with the sauce. Remove the chicken and begin to cook it on the skillet for about 8 minutes per side. Remove from the heat and lightly brush more of the asian zing sauce. Lay out a tortilla and divide the marinated chicken pieces among them. Top the chicken with lettuce, tomato, cheese, onion.
