Buffet Burgers
Ingredients
- 2 lb. lean ground chuck or round
- 3/4 C. wheat germ
- 2 eggs
- l/2 C. half-and-half
- 2 Tbs. minced onion
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- l tsp. salt
- l/4 tsp. marjoram
- l/4 tsp. thyme
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Shape into 8 patties, about 4-inches in diameter. Broil, fry or grill until done as desired, turning once. Serve with topping. Add cheese if desired.
