Burrito Bake

A delicious, easy, one pan meal!

Ingredients

  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, chicken or turkey
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 bag taco shredded cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning
  • 1/2 C. sliced black olives

Directions

Cook meat, drain fat and add taco seasoning and refried beans. Mix cream of mushroom soup and sour cream in a separate bowl. in a 9x11-inch baking dish layer the bottom with 1/3 of sour cream and mushroom soup mixture. Lay tortilla on counter and add the ground meat mixture and sprinkle with shredded cheese then roll it up into a buritto. Lay seam down in casserole dish, continue until all six are rolled. Spread remainder of sour cream and cream of mushroom mixture on top of burritos. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. You can garnish with sliced black olives.

  • Really easy, tastes great. I will spray pam on pan because the tortilla stuck to the bottom of the pan. I also added 1/4 cup milk to the mushroom soup, sour cream mixture.
