Burrito Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. frozen burritos (however many you want, 1-2 per person)
- 1 lg. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 can evaporated milk
- 1 sm. can minced green chilis
- 1 - 1 1/2 C. grated cheese
- Large casserole dish
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In the casserole dish, mix cream of mushroom soup, milk and green chilies together with a whisk. Lay burritos on top and spoon mixture over them, or if you prefer combine mixture in separate dish and then pour over top. Top with cheese. Bake.
If the burritos are frozen, bake for 45-55 minutes and if thawed, bake for 30-40 minutes.
