Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can refried beans
- 2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbs. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- shredded cheddar cheese
- 8-10 flour tortillas
- Optional ingredients: salsa, avocado, sour cream, hot sauce,
Directions
Place 1 lb. beef in a large, deep skillet. Sprinkle Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper evenly over the beef. Brown beef, covered over medium heat, stirring occasionally. When it's completely browned, drain the grease. Add the refried beans, stirring until the beef and beans are completely combined. At this point you can also add in a handful of shredded cheese, so it will melt right into the beans and beef. As it finishes, turn the heat down to low and keep covered. To prep your tortillas, just warm them on the stove burner, and make sure you don't burn yourself! Warming up the tortillas this way, toasts them and makes them easy to fold. Next, just spoon the beef filling onto the tortillas and add your favorite fixings. Great with salsa, avocado, sour cream, hot sauce, extra cheese, or chili!
