Serving Size / Yield
- ½ lb Butter
- ½ cup Powdered Sugar
- 1¾ cups Sifted Flour
- 1 cup Grated Pecans
- 1½ tsp Vanilla
In a bowl, blend butter and sugar together.
Add in nuts, vanilla, and flour and continue blending.
Let the mixture chill in refrigerator.
Then roll the dough into small balls the size of a large grape.
Press down into the dough with the end of a glass covered with a wet cloth.
Bake for 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes until light brown.
Remove from oven and dust with extra powdered sugar.
