Butter Crusted Chicken
- 1 (2 to 3 1/2 lb.) chicken, cut in pieces
- 1/2 C. butter or margarine, softened
- 1/3 C. sifted flour
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. salt
Skin chicken, if desired. Wipe chicken with a damp cloth and place in greased 9-by13-inch baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients until well-blended. Spread paste on top of chicken pieces. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes and at 300 degrees for one hour.
Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
