Butter Pecan Cake
Ingredients
- 1 box Butter Pecan cake mix
- 1/2 C. natural applesauce
- 1 C. water
- 3 eggs
- 1 14.5-oz. container coconut pecan frosting
- 1/4 C. sugar
- flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray bundt cake pan with non-stick cooking spray. Follow by sprinkling some flour and the 1/4 C. of sugar in bottom and sides of cake pan. Mix together the rest of the ingredients in mixing bowl until well blended. Pour into prepared cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean. Cool and invert onto serving plate. No need for frosting.
