Butter Pecan Coconut Bundt Cake
Ingredients
- 1 box butter pecan or yellow cake mix
- 3/4 C. vegetable oil
- 1 C. water
- 1 can pecan coconut frosting
- 4 eggs, beaten well
- 3/4 C. broken or chopped pecans
Directions
Spray Bundt pan and sprinkle a few chopped pecans on bottom of pan. Mix remaining ingredients for 2 minutes and pour into greased Bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
