Butter Pecan Mallow Bars

With chocolate chips, mini-marshmallows, and coconut, these pecan cake bars even everything you could desire.

Ingredients

  • 1 (2 layer) box butter pecan cake mix
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine; melted
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 C. mini marshmallows
  • 3/4 c. semisweet choc. chips
  • 1/2 c. coconut flakes

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Mix cake mix, butter or margarine and water until well blended. Press into a greased 9x13" baking pan. Bake 15 to 18 minutes. Layer marshmallows, choc. chips, and coconut over crust. Bake 2 or 3 minutes or until marshmallows begin to melt. Cool. Cut into bars.
