  • 2 lb. baby potatoes, cut in half
  • 3 T. fresh dill, chopped
  • ½ C. Parmesan cheese
  • ½ C. butter, melted
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic salt
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Heat a large skillet over a medium heat. Pour olive oil into the skillet. Let it warm up. Place the cut baby potatoes into the skillet. Cover them up and let them simmer for 5 minutes. Uncover them. Sprinkle the garlic salt, salt and pepper. Coat the baby potatoes with the seasoning. Remove from heat when they are crispy. Add in the melted butter and add in the dill. Cover up the skillet and let it sit for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
