  • 1 premade graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • dash of salt
  • 4 cups blueberries

In a large bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, and graham cracker crumbs and set aside.

Divide the blueberries into 1 cup measurements. Pour one of the cups into a sauce pan with the granulated sugar and salt. In a separate bowl, mix the flour and water together and pour it into the saucepan. Cook on high until boiling and reduce to a simmer. Stir until the mixture gets thick and reaches a dark blue color.

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the remaining berries. Let it sit for 1-2 minutes and then pour into the premade crust. Pour the graham cracker mixture on top. Refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.
