This pie just melts in your mouth.

Ingredients

  • 3 C. sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 C. buttermilk
  • 1 large pkg. coconut
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 unbaked pie shells

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and pour in unbaked pie shells. Bake at 300 degrees for about an hour.
