Butterscotch Bars
Ingredients
- 1 (2 layer) white cake mix
- 1 small instant butterscotch pudding mix
- 1 C. milk
- 1 egg
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 3/4 c. butterscotch baking chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, milk and egg. Beat on low speed until well blended (about 1 minute). Stir in pecans and spread batter in greased and floured 9x13" baking pan. Sprinkle butterscotch chips evenly over the surface, and press lightly into the batter. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until cake tester comes out clean.
