Fast and easy and tastes great; the whole family will enjoy this as a snack. My kids and grandkids love these.

  • 1 C. peanut butter
  • 1 pkg. butterscotch morsels
  • 6 C. corn flakes
  • 18-20 Cupcake flutes (Optional)

Mix peanut butter and butterscotch morsels in a microwave bowl, melt on high for about 1 minute or until butterscotch morsels are melted throughly, stir. Gently add corn flakes, turning until all flakes are coated. Place by spoonful in to cupcake flutes or onto waxed paper. Refrigerate for 20 minutes, and serve.

  • The first time I made these was about 50 years ago. My Aunt Lois and I made them together when I was about ten years old. What a great memory maker and what a great treat these are. They are so quick and easy and they do store well. Thanks for reminding me about this great recipe! bkendall
