Butterscotch Lollies

If you are a fond fan of butterscotch like I am then you will simple love this recipe for butterscotch candies.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. butterscotch chips
  • 6 oz. chow mien noodles
  • 1/2 C. peanuts

Directions

Place the butterscotch chips in a medium bowl. Place over a pot of simmering water. Stir constantly until melted. Remove from heat and quickly stir in the noodles and nuts. Drop in desired sizes onto parchment or waxed paper. Refrigerate until well-chilled, preferably overnight. Keep refrigerated until serving.
