  • 1 C. heavy whipping cream
  • 1 C. white American cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, whisk together butter and garlic. In a greased baking dish layer potatoes, a drizzle of garlic butter, and a portion of cheese until you run out. Slowly pour cream over potatoes evenly and bake for 45 minutes to an hour until bubbly and golden.
