Buttery Baked Turbot
Serving Size / Yield
- 2 turbot filets, about 6 oz each
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 3 to 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tbs parsley
- 1 manadarin orange, pealed and segmented
- 1 cup white rice, cooked
- 1 cup mixed vegetables, cooked
Season fish with salt and pepper and add to a small baking pan.
In a skillet, melt butter on medium low heat and add in garlic and parsley.
Cook for 5 minutes and pour butter mixture over fish.
Bake for 30 minutes on 350 degrees.
Garnish fish with mandarin slices and serve with white rice and mixed vegetables.
