  • 2 C. flour
  • ½ C. sugar
  • 2 ½ tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • Dash salt
  • 1 stick butter
  • ½ C. heavy whipping cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 C. blueberries

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Add in butter until crumbly. In a separate bowl, whisk together egg, cream, and vanilla. Gently add into dry ingredients until just moistened. Fold in blueberries. Form dough and cut into 8 wedges. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden.
