  • All-purpose flour- 2 ½ cups
  • Softened butter- 1/3 cup
  • 4 eggs
  • Milk- 1/3 cup
  • Dry yeast- 1tsp
  • Salt- ½ tsp
  • Sugar- 1 ½ tsp
  • Water- 2 tbsp

Start with mixing half of the flour, softened butter and salt in a stand mixer and knead them well. Gradually add the remaining flour. 

After all the flour has been added, add milk, eggs, the sugar, and the yeast to the mixture. Add a quarter of the water at every step. Once the mixture has formed a ball, place into a loaf pan and bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes until the it's fluffy and golden. To brown the top, brush some eggwash over the loaf before baking.
