Ingredients
- 2 C. flour
- 1 envelope rapid yeast
- 2 tbs. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 C. milk
- 1/4 C. water
- 2 tbs. butter
- 3 tbs. butter, melted

Directions
In a large bowl, mix 3/4 C. flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Mix milk, water and 2 tbs. butter in a small saucepan. Warm mixture to 120 degrees F. Stir milk mixture into flour mixture. Using an electric mixture, beat for 2 minutes or until smooth. Beat in remaining 1/4 C. flour. Knead mixture for 10 minutes or until soft and doughy. Cover and let sit for 10 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and coat an 8-inch round baking pan with cooking spray.
Form dough into 12 equal portions and transfer to prepared baking pan. Cover and let sit for 30 minutes. Bake for 20 minutes or until fluffy and golden brown. Brush with melted butter and serve.
