  • ½ stick butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. red curry powder
  • 2 T. vegetable oil
  • 2 T. lime juice
  • 2 C. cilantro leaves, chopped
  • ½ tsp. ginger
  • 1 T. rice wine vinegar
  • ½ tsp. sugar
  • 3 T. water
