  • 1 bag frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 stick butter
  • ¼ C. water
  • ¼ C. Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 C. milk
  • 2 C. breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

In a crockpot, combine butter, water, Parmesan, and garlic powder. Add in frozen ravioli and cook on high for 2 to 3 hours. Before serving, heat oil in a deep fryer or deep frying pan. In a bowl, whisk together milk and eggs. In a separate bowl, combine breadcrumbs, oregano, salt, and pepper. Spoon cooked ravioli into egg mix, breadcrumbs, back into eggs, and again into breadcrumbs. Set on parchment paper until ready to fry. Fry in oil for about 2 minutes until golden brown. Serve with marinara sauce.
