Buttery Shrimp Fettuccine
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 Box of Fettuccine Noodles
- 1/2 Cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 Stick of Butter
- 1 Onion, Chopped into chunks
- 2 Cloves of Garlic, Peeled and Chopped into little chunks
- 1 pound large shrimp, Peeled and De-veined
Prepare shrimp and noodles according to package directions.
Heat a large skillet with the olive oil and add in onions, garlic, and butter.
Saute for 5-7 minutes.
Add in the the pasta and shrimp.
Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
Cook until everything heated through.
Remove from heat.
