Cabbage Roll Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder to taste
- 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 10 oz can tomato soup
- 1 C. water
- 3 Tbs. rice
- 3 C. coarsely shredded cabbage
- Grated cheese or cheese slices
Directions
Brown hamburger. Add onions, salt, pepper, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce and cook until golden. Drain off excess fat. Add soup, water and rice and mix. Place cabbage in a casserole. Pour meat mixture over cabbage and top with grated cheese or cheese slices. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
