Cabbage Soup
Ingredients
- 4 8 oz. cans tomato juice
- 3 C. water
- 1/2 head cabbage, shredded
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 6 beef flavored bouillon cubes
- 1 bay leaf
Directions
In a large pot, combine all ingredients tomato juice, water, cabbage, carrots, onion, bouillon and bay leaf, and simmer for 1 hour. Remove bay leaf before serving.
