Caesar Pork Chops

Using Caesar salad dressing as an marinate for pork chops makes for a spicy and delicious dish.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 C. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasonings
  • 1/2 C. creamy Caesar dressing salad dressing
  • 4 (1/2 inch thick) center cut bone in pork chops
  • 1/4 C. Parmesan cheese

Directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 2 qt. baking dish with nonstick spray. In pie or shallow dish, combine flour and Italian seasonings; mix well. Pour salad dressing into another dish. Dip both sides of the pork chops in flour mixture, coating well. Drip in salad dressing, coating well. Place in baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Discard any remaining flour mixture and salad dressing. Bake at 375 for 35 to 40 minutes.
