  • 1 (16 oz.) package penne pasta
  • 1/3 C. vegetable oil
  • ½ C. red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbs. garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbs. hot sauce
  • ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 red chili peppers, sliced
  • 2 small green pepper, sliced
  • 2 banana peppers, sliced
  • 2 Tbs. parsley, chopped

Boil a large pot of water. Cook pasta according to directions on the package or boil for 8-10 minutes. Drain pasta. In a mixing bowl, stir oil, vinegar, garlic, hot sauce, cayenne pepper, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Mix in vegetables. Pour in pasta and stir until pasta is covered in vinaigrette.

Sprinkle with parsley to garnish and serve.
