Cajun Cornbread

Most Cajuns like their food spicy and hot but blended with lots of flavor. Some just like the flavors. This cornbread can give you either of the tastes. You get to pick.

  • This recipe was great! I recommend shredded cheese. Also, unless using a larger baking dish for a more shallow height, I recommend browning the ground beef first or cooking until just a little pink.

  • How do you do the cheese, shred, chunks, what. Do you cook ground beef first?
