Cajun Shrimp Dip

To satisfy the spice seekers AND the seafood lovers, try this creative dip at your next party.

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 C. Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
  • 1 C. fresh or thawed frozen shrimp, cooked, chopped
  • 2 Tbs. Reduced Fat or Light Sour Cream
  • 1 Tbs. chopped cilantro
  • Crackers

Directions

Mix salsa and shrimp until well blended; cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Top with sour cream and cilantro. Serve as a dip with crackers.
