Cajun Shrimp Dip
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 C. Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
- 1 C. fresh or thawed frozen shrimp, cooked, chopped
- 2 Tbs. Reduced Fat or Light Sour Cream
- 1 Tbs. chopped cilantro
- Crackers
Directions
Mix salsa and shrimp until well blended; cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Top with sour cream and cilantro. Serve as a dip with crackers.
