• 1 lb. butter
• 2 3/4 C. flour
• 1 18.25-oz. pkg. white cake mix

In a large bowl, mix the flour and the cake mix. In another large bowl, microwave 2 sticks butter on high for one minute until melted. Slice remaining 2 sticks into melted butter and let sit 3-5 minutes to soften. Whishk butter until smooth. Pour over the dry ingredients. Mix well. Fill cookie press. Press cookies 1-inch apart on cookie sheet. Bake 15-17 minutes until light golden brown. Cool 3 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet to a cooling rack.
